Well, they could earn money off ads and people would only be paid some BTC if they had their adblock turned off.
Personally, I'm not leaning toward the ad aspect, but whatever works.
The satoshi/sec was only a guess. The bottom line may be a 15 minute max viewing time where the total amount of coins earned would be equivalent, or less, to the amount currently being doled out on those free Bitcoin sites.
