Great guy, very helpful and patient.

I purchased a Windows 7 Key that I ended up not needing so he credited me for a future purchase. I bought a microsoft office for windows, then changed my mind and got one for MAC last minute. He also offered help on something outside of the product line he's offering which is pretty cool.
