You choose an article. Below the subtitle there is some icons like twitter. The last icon (from left to right), is like a chain. Put your mouse over it and you ref link will appear below it. Copy and paste where you want to share.
Fresh articles give more satoshi.
I'm with about 30K satoshi there now. My friend has a bit more, probably he will cashout before, i will give my feedback soon.
