Chances are however that if the right palms are greased, like in any shallow capitalist economy, that the people who hold the power on this decision will vote with their wallet. You're actually lucky it's taken so long to happen, some of your telco's probably got bought by big American multinationals and this is their attempt to maximize profits (at the expense of users).
