So you're still working on mine then right? This is absolutely ridiculous service in my eyes. I float thousands with you guys and the best service you're going to give me is telling me days ago you're working on it twice and then just flat out ignore me. This shit should NOT take days.

Please do to conclusions like that, no one is ignoring you and saying so is not true.

Our past service should instill some trust in letting us work on the issue.

+1 thank you sir. I'm sure you've heard the quote time is money. When I use your service I expect instant results (within reason, understand if it's relatively close to instant). I'm sure you could understand my frustration especially when I see other people with my exact same problem posting after me and you follow up with processing their order. Could I ask what the problem was so it could possibly be avoided next time?
