The problem with one BTC for one week is that if it works out, I won't be willing to pay that price in the long term, and if it doesn't work out, I'll regret paying the price at all. But thanks for the offer. I didn't actually know it was dangerous to set up a VPN that served people outside China!

Edited to add: My main interest is in dealing in renminbi through PayPal. I don't know whether this is permitted or not.
