Okay, considering the amount of scams nowadays this may indeed seem fishy. Funny thing is that my pp account has got limited indeed, but that was because I made my original account before I turned 18 ... I was just not keen on waiting 21+ days to receive my paypal balance for my RSgp... I wont lie that I do make a decent profit out of this (at this moment), so yea, if I could cut the 21day hold on my new account, I would gladly share some of the profit. But you guys are right, I wouldnt trust the newbie either
