Did vern happen to mention why he was stil selling coins on bittrex when cryptsy was unavailable to customers to withdraw? Or why when it was receiver appointed he was still selling. Surely you can see he's being a naughty boy.
I'm not sure what the reason was. I made clear that those coins do not belong to Paul Vernon, they do not belong to Cryptsy and they do not belong to the receiver. But legally the receiver is now the custodian of those funds. I'm happy that he agreed to do the right thing, and will not drop this. I will also speak up if the receiver tries to liquidate the coins to satisfy company debt.
