I think that the best bitcoin wallet is KeepKey and Trezor, i checked their both prices and both have the same price in the usa. What i like to them is the portability to use wherever you are and not caring about the operating system you use to do the transactions.

None of the wallets that i mentioned can be downloaded because they are hardware wallets, so you should first have them and maybe update/download any firmware but this is another thing, they are not on play store, but both of them have an extension in the chrome store but it works only when you connect the hardware with your pc.
