I would like to be an active witness but i have no knowledge at all about it
Witness == elected miner similar to BitShares.

99.9% up time
Responsive to security updates (within 12 hours)
Verified unique identity
Approval of Steem community
Operating a seed node
No double signing

hi, is there any minimum STEEM/VEST requirements to become a witness?
I currently have steem seed node located at 45.114.118.146:2001 (Jakarta, Indonesia).
