I already created a thread for this before I saw this customer support thread. My issue is summarized below. Basically I paid and was confirmed by zipzap, but the coins are nowhere to be found, and BitInstant never sent me an Order ID so I don't have that information. "I hope I did everything right. I started a transaction with BitInstant. I went through the process and chose "send to bitcoin address". I used my address for my coinbase.com account. I was given info to send via moneygram. I went to the store and sent 500 to zipzap. Got an e-mail confirmation from ZipZap that money was received. I never received one piece of e-mail from BitInstant. No confirmation when I started the order, nothing when I completed it. It's been about 40 hours since ZipZap confirmed receipt and I don't see the bitcoins anywhere. I don't know my order number as BitInstant never e-mailed me anything. BitInstant isn't responding to e-mails and their live chat does not work. Can someone help me? This is my first time doing this. I hope I didn't do something wrong. That's a lot of money just to disappear..."
