My suggestion is to stay away from the above mentioned exchange. I have heard rumblings the last week or so they may be closing down. I cannot confirm that but other wallets havebeen going offline and people are getting their coins stuck there or forced to sell at a low price. Exchange owners are probably buying them up and then reselling them on other sites at high price.

I can't say for sure that is happening but be wary of that exchange
