I've got very serious problem with my wallet and I would donate 3 bitcoins to the one(s) who could help me,

My computer was stuck, while I run my client (I have client-qt). I turned off the computer and turn on again.
when I tried to open the client, I've got error meesage: 'error in downloading the file 'blkindex.data''.

What can I do to recover my wallet?
