Whether you like or dislike Dash for whatever reason, they've been making some strange decisions. For one thing, I refuse to even call it "Dash" because it sounds ridiculous and still call it Darkcoin instead. Then the dog mascot thing, wtf is going on here? Even calling it something like "Duffnotes" would have been better.
I think they intended to call it dashcoin. but they underestimated and failed to kill a "decentralized" crypto coin called dashcoin..
darkcoin was a name of a coin that failed to launch because the people involved in that coin is incapable to do so. so Evan took that name and claim it for themselves.
