I think the bitcoin will still reach this amount because of the upcoming events that are this year gonna be here.
the halving will let the price rise to the amount of 700 dollar or even more, I even think it will go to a higher amount(around the 1k).
The halving will definitely bring the price of bitcoin to $700 but i doubt that it will give us $1000 for a bitcoin price it might go down soon before it can reach 800.
Yes it is likely that we will see this price at the time of halving as price is stable now and will start rising once we start getting closer to halving and may be it can reach $1k by the end of the year.
