My personal opinion is that we will go back to the 300-400 range.
However, I don't think we will go under 300$.

the next step is 600$ and we wiil reach them in 2-3Months, i think...

Sure price won't go below $400, as quoted above the next step is $600 and again great increase during the time of halving.
