At this altcoin market stage - altcoins can not give profit in short time period. Because altcoin market is not stable in short & medium time, with more and more new altcoins. 
Yeah there are so many alt coins that is being created every week so its really hard to tell weather they can last for months or not.
I only trade the altcoins which are at least 2 month old. Most of the new coins are scam coins. It is better to avoid.
