If you're referring to still-live ICOs, that's not a good sign. The "ICO frenzy" zone is a scammer's playground.

I've been around that block before - ouch  - and it ain't pretty; it just looks that way. It sounds like a lot of ICO are best avoided.

FWIW, I'm glad I held on to my Lisk. I tried peddling a haunch of ~1690 Lisk for 2BTC in a PM and I never heard from the guy, even though he'd started a WTB thread at about that price. In retrospect, I'm glad I didn't sell it.
