Just create a Loco.conf file in notepad and add those lines to it - make sure you select all files in the save as type dropdown when saving.
Alternatively, you can just add them one at a time using the wallet debung window:
addnode 37.59.18.108:34575 add
addnode 52.88.93.148:34575 add
etc..

beware of stealth syncing. My 3 wallets didn't show any connection until it finished stealth sync. Then I had 10+ connections each. I did add all those nodes soon as I set up the wallet for sync.
