In 2030, USD won't be the measure of value anymore. But if there is a hyperinflation, then yes BTC can be worth $100,000 each or even more. It is very possible. But you should measure your BTC in 2016 purchasing value of the dollar, instead of the dollar.
I would debate your comment about the USD not being the measure of value by 2030, I think they'll be able to maintain control over the economic markets for at least another 20 years, but China might heavily contest it. You never really know in the world, so it is entirely possible that the US will fall out of relevance for one reason or another.
Many people knows already that it will be not even possible, Bitcoins needs a long time to rise up so you can dream futher I think for the people who are thinking that.
10 BTC is not that much I think if you have some 100 of them than we can talk further but only 10 it will be not even possible mate.
