I'd recommend users to stay away from this. Running the executable provided by OP appears to be doing nothing. (no window opening, no error message), the test for me was performed in a sandboxed environment so don't even try this. It's highly likely that the file is infected, here's a virus scan:

This is a low-effort attempt to infect computers. If you receive a download link from OP, don't even think about running the executable.
