The coin is still syncing with the blockchain and any deposits will not show up until the icon next to the button on the balances pages turn green, hover the icon to see the last block time received, updated every 15 minute. I recommend to wait with deposits until sync is completed i.e. the icon turns green. Addresses can be created while waiting.
