E-coin and other services that use the same bank have similar problems.
No, in this days I'm using e-coin whitout any problems!!
I stoped using e-coin some time ago because of returning problems with card loading. And if you check theyr threat there are some users that are missing btc deposited to theyr generated btc adress.
So I would say the problems are the same.
