There are already half a dozen Lisk dapps by the community, see them live in action on Lisk Youtube channel:
i never said you can't build apps but you can't build dapps as the apps are not decentralized yet. that is to come later when who knows
how can you have a dapp store without dapps,
for context, did you participate in the ICO? are you holding Lisk, or even Yobit IOU 'Lisk'?
