I though he sold seats, not just donated.
If someone can provide a signed message with that address stating it was an accident, we should return it. Otherwise... oh well!
I agree... however I think we should also time-cap it to a reasonable timeframe so we are not sitting on it forever. I just don't know what a 'reasonable' time frame should be.
