If theirs policy is to get part of revenue, then is troublesome. My point was that there was huge chunk of BitCrystals reserved for Awareness & Promotion. All4Games will be partner that will help SoG with Awareness & Promotion. So should be paid from this bag.
Usually how it works on the industry a game developper provide a game sometime the publisher help to finance it (usually for console game and very expensive games) and the publisher basically sell it. The publisher take a cut usually about 30% to 50%. It's a fair trade since the publisher may allow the product to skyrocket.
The scenario you are suggesting is the following if I'm understanding correctly we give the BitCrystals to the publisher they do their job and they might profit for the increase of value. It's a good idea in essence and I'm sure it will work that way in several years.
But in 2016 it's too early, no multimillion dollar company in the game or show-business industry with well established process will accept to be paid in a blockchain asset. Look how hard is the Bitcoin acceptation so talking about BitCrystals build on top of Bitcoin... They neither have the knowledge or the tools to integrate that in their process. It's also not very wise because a publisher might want to selloff a big bag of BitCrystals right away and have a negative effect to us and BCY holders.
When Spells of Genesis is going to be a planetary hit people in the whole industry might understand that owning digital assets (decentralised trustless, transparent) is worthier than on the good old system (Centralised, Trusted and opaque) people will cry for them.
Also we are very lucky here. They accept to publish Spells of Genesis as it use to blockchain and an open exchange economy. A lot of publisher I talked to liked the game but they said they don't understand the bockchain and the managers will never accept to publish something they don't fully embrace even though it's a great project/idea
It adds to my confusion, that I have no ideas for what will/was this 15 millions BitCrystals used. If they will be efficiently used for Awareness & Promotion, then All4Games will not really need to do much but just take part of revenue.
The BitCrystals for community are used for events. Such as the running season 4. Those BCY create a very good traction to keep people playing finding bug and improving the system. As the game release those BCY will be very helpful to keep the game popular and will be a serious advantage over all other games since playing is rewarding.
