Looks like a lot of work went into this, good job! I'm not sure how the community will react to such complicated mechanics, but it's definitely good to see something like this for a change 
Thank you. The mechanics are intended to seem complicated to make it hard to game, but the reality is they just effect which bonuses you get - EVERYONE gets a bonus
