Started with a small balance ($20)
Bought a couple very small items at a local printshop online - worked fine.
Ideally I'd like to be able to see a statement with a balance and charges. I added a bit more. For $2 to get set up, pretty good deal assuming the fees aren't out of control (no way to really tell without a statement unfortunately)
There are no fees for a VCC, only the loading fee. I will see if there is a way for me to get the statement for the vcc. but for all online purchases you won't get charged a single cent, just PM me you email or I will send transaction details via Skype if I am able to get it and download it.
