Seriously, why are we still doing this here? What information do you expect me to provide, really? You want me to forward your posts here to the bank so that they see how you feel? Guess that will make them move faster.
If this is too long for you, fine, I totally understand, move on, use a different service provider. We do not charge you any account or card maintenance fees, you are free to withdraw your funds and just stop using it at any time.
I've paid for a service that I don't have, that's all... and yes I have other options I've used today, it's good to have some cards like yours in stock to avoid this kind of problems.
