Firstly, I'm not "bitchin", I'm asking a question, so kindly drop the attitude, please.
In their TOS they claim to be a company registered in Singapore, I've checked multiple online resources and there is no mention of them.
On top of that, if they are straight and legit then it shouldn't have taken more than 5 minutes to provide evidence that they are a registered company. Don't forget, they are the ones claiming to be registered in Singapore. The fact that over 13 hours later there is no response to this simple important question should, at the very least, make anyone considering investing, more than a little bit nervous.
We have reached out to our arcafile contacts to get information on why the company is not appearing on registration sites. We are waiting for a response from our local director as well. Once we have this info we will share it, until then there is nothing we can do and we'll post the facts once we have them.
Thank you for the response.
While you're waiting to find out why it doesn't appear on searches perhaps, given that the information is a matter of public record (in Singapore at least), you could provide the people here with the registered company number and details of the board of directors?
Demonstrating that there is a real company, with proper structure, would go some way towards improving the current image of this ICO, especially since you won't be able to get away from people questioning the history of some of the people involved.
