Looks like the issue is permanent. The past experience shows that if it can't be solved in 10 days, really unlikely it will be ever solved.

Me too, but I hope in a near future, they will link the accounts with the cards and no need to "load them"... and also give a permanent BTC address to fill the account (would be great for miners).
After, the service is perfect.
