Hi Yankee.  Any chance I can get some help with the above order?  I had this same problem about a week ago and you cleared it right up for me.

First time user of BitInstant and got the "Failed verification too often - giving up" message three days ago. Emailed about the issue numerous times and still have not got a reply. Need this resolved ASAP and below is my information:
