1337 wallet seems to be currently 'delayed' on yobit.

That doesn't mean anything... half of the decent coins are in maintenance in YoBit.
Some coins even have weird problems like LEA... go ahead and try to generate a wallet address on their site.
I stopped using YoBit because they are more of a pain than anything, and half the time they don't tell you certain coins are locked for withdraw -- they tell you when you try to withdraw... not when you're trading.
agree to this, i just bought some coin in yobit without knowing that their wallet of that coin is currently on maintenance, i just noticed it when i tried to withdraw and now my coins are stuck
