Explain the difference between an ICO and a presale, please.  Because they're both the same where I come from.

ICO disributes the coins between early adopters.and price is variable in function of the btc invested.

we have a presale, if anyone wants to buy OCOW, price is 0.00008 btc each.
not selled coins will be distributed in exchanges at same price. so , i see a huge big difference  Wink
