Sometimes it fixed me but most of the time i am wrecked and offcourse i blame it on my slef, i cant seem to control my urge to stop even when i already won.
I guess it wreck or fix your life for a short term only. Controlling your self is a main factor so it won't lead to a bigger losses. It's needed especially when your already winning to make profit. I guess you need to have to discipline your self so it won't lead to a bigger problem(like getting broke).
the short term or long term of the damage to ones life only depends on the level of addiction of that person and will depend on how much they can control themselves. i have seen cases that the person kept betting all his money and then loaned more to bet more and losing didn't even stop them.
