Virwox isn't an option so if anyone can chime in on how I can convert any of this into BTC without a bank account let me know.  
Otherwise I'd like to buy $100 Of BTC, Would like to buy a lump sum but as I'm new and PP can be reversed I'd be willing to buy $10-$20 at a time to minimize risks. Will need to buy around $100 every month or two.
