I placed this order yesterday, contacted support when it failed (like usual), and haven't heard back since.
The seller of the items I was purchasing decided to sell the items to someone else because my payment was taking too long.

Please refund the full amount of this order (US $2424) to my Dwolla account:

Dude, what the hell. You cant do a transfer over our $500 limit!!! Now I have to confirm with Dwolla that its not fraud before I process.
Sorry about that; I've done higher transfers in the past that were (manually) accepted by BitInstant staff.  I never got an error message or anything when I tried to place the order on BitInstant so I assumed that it was okay and that the $500 limit was a thing of the past.  Either way, sorry again
Also please *don't* process the transaction and instead return the funds to my Dwolla account.  As I said before the would-be-seller sold the items I was buying to someone else.  Thanks
