It's been down for almost 4 days now it will have a serious effect on the current price of postcoin on Yobit you can see a lot of dumping movement on it;s price the altcoinboard is a good flatform to distribute postcoin..
Unfortunately it's down since 26th. So almost 2 days now. The altcoinboard guys, informed us that not continuously, but the Server is getting DDossed in huge "batches" in every hour. They are working on a solution, and probably will be up soon.
Also to compensate you for the down-time we agreed with the forum admins that they give 200 Tokens compensation to every user. Thank you for your patience.

What about to add Postcoin to other exhangers? For example to the poloniex or Bittrex. Maybe for first time it will be good to add it to smaller exangers as the C-Cex.

This is certainly a good idea. And such action will encourage the trade to a more intense action. It would be nice, then, to interested users taken vote on the C-Cex. All initiatives should come from the developers.
