Buy now as early as possible, Cause bitcoin price now is low, Then sell it after halving. That was only my opinion 
No, Price is not low at the moment. Its already crossed 470$ and going up. There was a time when it was around 385$, near the start of the year.That was the best time to buy it. You can still buy it now as price will keep on rising till halving
