I have a workstation pc that I rarely turn off.  Due to storms, the power went of several times over the last week.  Now when loading the wallet it will not sync and my wallet balance is missing like 5,000 SDC.  I've tried rebooting and restarting the wallet.  Anyone have some suggestions?  Do I need to clear the folder and re-download the blockchain?
