Which payment dude? You keep saying you have an order and were robbed. I asked you 15 times for your Order info and you did not give it to me.

You PM'd me saying you will send me an email, well where is it?


I think Bitinstant support is a joke, but the companies integrity is mostly intact through this transaction.

I wish any other buyers the best of luck and encourage you not to get too discouraged as you wait through the excessive delays.

How are we a joke? You don't even have an order with us, you just spammed this thread 10 times.

Unless you produce an Order ID or have an issue, please go away.

Its pretty damn clear how your customer support is a joke. You guys never even responded via livechat, support@bitinstant, or the emergency phoneline. I had to signup for this forum to get any recognition and even then it was 24hrs per reply.

You have no reason to assume I'm spamming. Thats a shitty defensive mechanism and you need to stop. This was not an isolated incident and you fucking know it.

Do you want continue this conversation and explore the REAL REASON it took 5 days to send my coins?
