Is slock.it be an independent entity? I think so. But, will they be making their own Slock.it DAO? And, if so, are they going to sell tokens as well?

I think that curators will cover the software, and Slock.it UG will be the "hardware branch", as a contractor. If it is like this, it's cool!

But who is going to be the decision makers (decision about number of smart locks produced, curators' salary ...), DAO token holders - us?
