yes, i pray ang meditate evrymorning, I jog 5+k everyday, I eat plenty of vegetables, and I take 30minute bars, it feels so good for the whole day of work! stress free, and always be positive in every decision you make

I am doing my best to be healthier. I am trying to make sure I at least walk 6000 steps a day.. plenty of water, and eat like a rabbit.
