This is my 3rd loan request on bitcointalk, 1st was denied because they didn't want me to repay via paypal. 2nd and 3rd were requested today (Ekallys being the 2nd and the 3rd being yourself) but the 2nd has yet to accept my offer (same collateral), whoever accepts first will have control of collateral until repayment is made within 14 days (someone can escrow if you deem it necessary I'm not too fussed providing the fee is reasonable of course).

I may need a different wallet address if I can't do a signed message from a Yobit wallet address, not sure. If I do then you can send funds to my Blockchain wallet (will provide address if yobit wallet isn't viable).
