When TRUMP going to Bittrex or Poloniex ?
Unless Donald Trump personally endorses this coin, it won't make it to trex or polo due to legal issues involved. We all know trump loves to sue people and he values his name/brand, which he has spent years developing, too much to let others use and profit from it without his permission.
Not true. He could sue if it was a product, sure. But this is technically not a product (currency =/= product) and could certainly be argued in a court of law. Hell, it could be argued that this is protected under free speech and is a form of expression. Especially since the creators and devs themselves have NOT set up any kind of organization behind it, there is no company, just developers and enthusiasts.
If there was a company behind it, especially "for profit" then yes a legal case for a lawsuit would be strong. But this is just a bunch of enthusiasts loosely organized with no company and no sales operations.
I don't think a lawsuit would be very likely.
