it's big problems
5-7 years ago there was a huge trouble for Youtube to buy 1000's of servers for streaming video. Large HDDs, huge traffic, etc...
Video was free for users to watch and upload. Nowadays it's profitable business for Google.
Advertisers (offline points) will be happy to buy local traffic.
