Does any one know a great ( and cheap ) Bitcoin Ad network to promote my referral link, I've never done it before so I want to know from someone how have some experience about this.
and will I get referrals by promoting it ?

As for an ad network, those are fairly hard to come by, and I doubt you'd make money out of having a referral link as an advertisement.
Maybe try getting an account (or running multiple) and put your link in the signature space? It'll only cost you the time to write posts on this forum. :-)
