It's already 2016$ and I don't think this is going to happen unless we are at least couple of months behind the halving block reward or after it .

Yeah we are almost halve way in to 2016 and there is no sign yet of the price being $1000 any time soon. I guess that this will be happening in 2017 or 2018 but not now. We are not even at $500 so for it to be $1000 is pretty unlikely.

if you focus on late 2017 or early-mid 2018 for the price to reach $1000 again, then the chances for this to happen become much higher. 2016 is way too early and whe don't even know whether or not the price will touch $600 this year.

yes i think too fast for 2016 could reach $1000, although this year there will be halving. 2017-2018 possibility we could see back to $1000.

Yes that price is achievable by the end of the year as price is moving up now and it will continue to go up until the halving occurs so we can see that price by the end of the year.

$1000 is a realistic price but this year's achieving completely depends on the price after halving. So we can just hope for the best.

The upcoming block halving is way too hyped up. $1000 will not happen this year. It means that the price has to go up $550 from the price today. Don't hope for things that will not happen. Being realistic will save a lot people from getting disappointed.
