Yeah there are only very few girls been using bitcoin. Right now many girls has been entering into bitcoin. So I too more possibility is there, that girls use bitcoin on webcam site.
I don't think you understood how the cam sites work bro. Girls on cam sites work for the tokens, later they can be converted into real currency.
It's those cam site owners who should implement the BTC as a payment option to accept bitcoin.
