I would not recommend that to put your hard earned fiat money from day job into Bitcoin. He should rather get some skills he could use to earn Bitcoin directly. This would make more sense instead of risiking money he probably needs to make a living.
work with your day job, and work hard... then buy bitcoin.. invest it... or if you want to get it from here, try to sell your skills and talents... or you may try the faucets, gambling or the most famous signature campaigns... you will earn bitcoin by those ways...
